Need prog to control generic webcam ASAP

I've already got the camera installed & working, so that's not the problem.

I have one of those cheap $8 off eBay Chinese webcams connected to a WinXP computer running Skype, which I'm setting up to use as a "Security Camera" that I can check on any time I want.

Everything works just great, configuring Skype to "auto-answer with video". So far so good.

Problem is the cheap generic camera came with no software other than the driver. The camera has six bright led's with no way to turn them off. I also need to mount the (clip on) camera upside-down from the bottom of a hanging monitor on the wall.

I need a program that allows me to turn the led's off AND rotate the image so the picture it sends isn't upside down.

In Skype, the limited Advanced Camera Settings are grayed out and don't support these functions anyway.

I need to get this working fast. Anyone know of a solution? TIA.
