Need Video card for 250W power supply

Hi everyone! I have a Compaq Presario with a 250 watt power supply and a PCI Express X16 slot. I need suggestions for an nVidia or Radeon card that will work with such a low power supply! I play WoW and Oblivion, hopefully will be able to play Star Trek online. Any suggestions?? Much appreciated!

Hi! I own a Compaq Presario computer with an AMD Sempron processor and 2 GB RAM installed. There are only two available slots for RAM, and the computer was advertised as being upgradable to 4 GB. Can anyone tell me the most powerful processor AMD processor I can upgrade this computer with, as well as the best memory (2-2G sticks) to use?? Here are the MOBO specs...

Upgrade the power supply... before you consider the video graphics card.

You do not have a lot of room, but there are many power supplies that will fit... from the FSP group, Sparkle (my choice), Seasonic, and many others.
