Need video card help/advice

It's an integrated graphics card, so it won't run any of those games you mentioned.
And it'd help if you posted your system specs. Use a program like SIW or Everest Home Edition (Google for them) to get information about your PC and post it all here.
Also, open up your case and post all the information on the PSU (Power Supply Unit) sticker. This is what a PSU sticker typically looks like.

Well, we will need to know what model your motherboard is, or if you happen to know you have a PCI-Express x16 slot of hand. That and how many amps you get on the 12 volt rail. Just take a look in your case at the power supply and it should be listed there.
If you did have a PCI-E slot and 18 amps on the 12v rail.

or a cheaper one for 49$ after rebate, it wont be as good but HL2 games don't need much to fly.
