nero 6 untra edition

hi there,
i have a problem trying to install nero 6 all night.
right when i install nero 6 ultra edition the incd4 my laptop kind of crash and restart then i would get that blue screen with the error message.
i would get :
***stop:0x0000008e(0x0000005,0xf79a7037,0xf7b647ac,0x00000000)

and then underneath i get this:

cnsminkp.sys address f79a7037 base at f79a500,datestamp 3f013d3c

i don't know what these are and don't know how to solve it.

everytime i would need to boot in safe mode and recover to previous system restore.

please help

Sometimes, this problem can be caused by an incompatibility with iTunes and Nero 6. Do you have iTunes installed?

@guruboy- no i don't have itunes

i think it worked by deleting that file i mentioned "cnsminkp.sys"
now i don't get the blue screen.
but when my laptop boots into windows i get a message that "incd failed to start"
does anyone know why?

still getting the this message come up my screen when i booted to windows.

"InCD error
cannot connect to file system. InCD service not working."

installed incd when i installed nero 6. after rebooting from the install it was ok, but after that then i get this error.

does anyone know why?

The file you deleted is part of InCD.

This is a known issue by Microsoft. The update that Julio has linked you to will help. There are rumors that the patch won't fix everything, but it's at least a temporary fix.

Also, ask yourself if you really use InCD.. many people who have it installed have explorer issues, and Nero will function without it.
