Nero BackItUp

Dear Friends,

I want to make a copy of my System drive (C) with Nero BackItUp 4. However, the program cannot execute this, as prompts are coming up, saying:

'Nero BackItUp cannot save the selected drive, because another program is using it.'

How can I use this software to make a backup of my C?

In another post, you mention you use Norton Ghost, chances are, Nero 4 is too old to use.
What o/s are you using?
