Netflix streaming now officially available to all Wii owners

  1. It's been a long time coming, but after an initial test roll out last month Netflix has finally brought its instant streaming service to the Wii. The company has begun shipments of instant streaming disks to all members who requested one, at no additional cost, enabling those with a broadband connection and an $8.99 a month or superior membership to start streaming movies and TV shows directly from their Nintendo console.

    NetFlix only has 12 million subscribers? I mean obviously that's a very significant number, but I would have thought it a lot larger than that. Seems like everyone and their sister is doing the Netflix thing.

    I'd gladly have a NetFlix membership if they offered in Canada.

    Yes, the title should be "Netflix streaming now officially available to all Wii owners in the US". I'd love to be able to use Netflix on my Wii.
