netmos serial port problems please help

I got a new computer and it has a netmos 9845 card in it so I can hook up three thouch screens to it via serial ports. I have downloaded the latest drivers for the touchware program and the drivers for the netmos card and the touchware program will not pick up that they are connected if I put one of the setial cords in to the motherbourd serial port the program will find the touch screen and it will work but then I have to more to connect so there must be something with the card in device manager it all looks good duse anyone have any way of fixing this.
