Network connection problem

I had a problem which is every monday, 4 client user (same user problem) cannot connect to folder in system server(exchequer) while other client user can access without a problem.the solution I have now just restart server then everything okay. Instead using this solution, I would like to try other solution without restarting the server. So many thing I try to figure out what is the main problem.please help. Thank you.

Try to correlate to problem occurs only AFTER client system sleeps or hiberates
