Network Identification Wizard from business use to home use domain space not visible

I have inadvertently switched the network ID in the Network Identification Wizard from business use to home use i.e. not part of a network, I though this would make it easier to use the laptop at home.
Now I cannot get into the laptop at all, it will not accept my passwords, and the domain space is not visible. I have tried to restore but that does not work, and I have tried safe mode but that also asks for me to log in.
Can anyone help or will I have to re-install windows?

Have you tried looking at, or adjusting the drive while it is installed as a slave in another unit?
