Looking for some help please. Thought I might have had some infection, PC when connected to internet was loading everything extremely slowly. Had run scans and Broni on the Malware forum determined there is no infection, but saw in my Event Viewer there were some networking errors and suggested I reach out in this forum.

System errors:

Hi I see you just fished with the virus section and are now seeking help here. Your PC seems to be clear of infections, and that's a good thing. Here's a thread about your event viewer. Hopefully other members will have suggestions for you. I'm thinking you might need to provide more information about your issue.;)https://www.techspot.com/community/topics/dcom-system-errors-occurring-in-safe-mode.235234/
PS I see your original issue was slow PC? There are several reasons why your PC may have slowed down.;)
Let us know how things go. Here's link from HTG.;)

Try---
sfc /scannow

If it finds errors it can't fix, try---

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

If it finishes successfully run sfc /scannow again.

The Event Viewer can be difficult to deal with, as the diagnostic messages frequently read like Chicken Little's
"the sky is falling", when there are normal configurations that will INDUCE these results, eg:

Error: (12/10/2017 09:51:39 AM) (Source: DCOM) (EventID: 10010) (User: Home-HP)
Description: The server {9E6E74C7-0E85-4D14-8851-7635E2C1C528} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.

Description: The server {9E6E74C7-0E85-4D14-8851-7635E2C1C528} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.....
are quite normal -- no dcom services registered :sigh: This would appear to be another such:
Error: (12/10/2017 09:39:19 AM) (Source: Service Control Manager) (EventID: 7001) (User: )

The lxebCATSCustConnectService is associated with a Lexmark printer, so the SFC comment above is well founded. If that doesn't uncover anything, then Uninstall & Reinstall the Lexmark software package.

Like jobeard said, it's like due to your printers software. I saw this issue a few years back with a HP printer. Was causing massive delays to the computer to even where it would take 2 mins to even load into windows. Once the software was uninstalled, the issue went away. May or may not be your issue but it's worth a shot.
When a computer is running slow it's typically due to some software/service running.
