Networking Server 2000 and Server 2003

So I just installed Server 2003 on my server and the other Servers in the class are still running Server 2000. I want to network my server with theirs so we can share files ect. How could I go about networking this?

If all you want to do is share files, the procedure is exactly the same as in 2000 or XP.

Well...I have the server set up like 2000 but they can not see me (as in view access ect) and i can not see them so we can't share files.
