I just built a low buget computer. Motherboard = msi k9mm-v, 1 gig dual Kingston 533 memory, Hitachi hard drive, Windows xp home. The computer is running well all temps are good however the cpu stays at 100% usage. I have not installed any programs at this point. What could be the cause of this?
