New BSOD Win 7

[killzon3d]

dual core athlon 6400+, gtx275, 4g RAM, 950w PSU.
Win 7 x64 fully updated, updated drivers.
Just started getting a different BSOD upon crash of game. I cannot make heads or tails of what is going on.
