I just received a new Samsung Series 9 laptop with Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium. I am in the process of setting it up. It is connected to the internet through my router, just like my Lenovo laptop (which I am using to type this) is connected. However, even though it shows it is connected, it won't connect!!. I found some kind of test that came with the Samsung and ran it -- it said everything was fine EXCEPT for the last thing -- the ping FAILED. How do I find out what is wrong and how do I fix this?
