    I logged onto the site today and I have this very annoying ad that I can't seem to get rid of. There isn't an X anywhere. I'd like to know how to get rid of it or notify someone of the problem if I'm not the only one experiencing this.

    Thanks for reporting this. Our ad agency implemented this campaign today and we didn't get a chance to properly test it ahead of time. The big ad will still show on occasion but it won't break the site's layout anymore.
