New GTX 980 TI not performing

I need help. New ZOTAC GTX 980 TI AMP Extreme Edition here. This is supposedly one of the fastest cards you can buy on the market today (as you know). Out of the box and with -0- adjustments and 10 tests later, I'm averaging a 3DMARK Fire Strike Extreme score around 6296. Based on every review out there, I should be around 8700-8900. Even my Crysis 3 FPS is low and choppy and I'm ready to set my rig on fire!

My rig:
MSI P67A-GD65
Core i5-2500 @ 3.30GHz
8 GB DDR3 @ 667 MHz
SSD 850 EVO
ZOTAC GTX 980 TI AMP EE
NVIDIA Driver 353.62
Windows 10 64-bit
Dell 2560x1440, 60Hz

Question: What are the reviews saying about this card and its drivers under Windows 10 64-bit? Therein lies my suspicion. I looked over the linked article but I did not see what OS they used for their testing. When I looked up this model at Zotac's sight there is nothing mentioned about Windows 10 as being a supported OS. See this link (anyway I think I got your card): http://www.zotac.com/it/products/gr...er/DESC/amount/10/section/specifications.html

Have you updated the video cards drivers? If not try that and see if they have drivers for Windows 10.

Also, what is the make and model of your power supply and how much wattage is it purported to supply?
