I want to upgrade my pc in a cost effective way. My specs right now is this.

    CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3400+
    MOBO: Asus K8V SE Deluxe
    GPU: Geforce 6200 (AGP)
    RAM: 1 gig ddr400 pc3200

Now i just bought an extra gig of ram and a new video card:
    Sapphire Radeon x1650pro (AGP)

Is there a mobo that will let me use my agp card, but have the option to use a pci-e card also that is still being made today? I don't want to have to upgrade everything i have and spend lots of money. Especially since i just bought a new gpu and more ram.

    Thanks

Just Google 'motherboard with agp and pci-e'

The ASROCK 4CoreDual-VSTA is one, but has a PCI-E slot that runs at 4x, which is useless if you want to run a powerful card like a 9600GT or an 8800GT, since these will be severely bottlenecked by the slow speed of the PCI-E bus. It's better to save up for a completely new PC IMO, especially since Intel's new Nehalem architecture is arriving at the end of the year, which will definitely push prices of LGA775 CPUs and motherboards down.

However, it's your call in the end.
