I'd go with the ASUS VS238H-P (third option).

It has the best response time (good for gaming),contrast ratio, and is the best monitor overall.

The only thing it doesn't have is built in speakers, but even the lowest-end speakers will beat monitor speakers.

I'm getting a headset, and already have some high grade speakers.

Asus VS238H-P seems to be the one with least latency, so if you are going to use it for gaming/watching movie then get it. If not, get the normal 5ms one.

I would definitely go for the VS238H-P

BTW, I wouldn't go for the VE247H, as the VE series has some ghosting issues.
