New Motherboard Help

I have the xfx 750a sli mother board right now but the overclocking abilitiys arent that good so im thinkin about returning it but i want another one but dont know whats the best one for the price. Im looking for one under 200 possible under 150 and its for Amd phenom x3 and might upgrade to phenom 2 And right now i have a gtx285 and plan on sli'ing it in future. What would u recommend for me?

o and sorry about the double post but will my gtx285 fit on this without blocking anything because right now some of my sata plugs are blocked.
also i just read that this isnt good at overclocking i need something to overclock with.

well first off the phenoms dont overclock that great anyway. i say get the crossfire board and just use your gtx 285 also the crossfire board is compatible with the new phenom 2 cpus which do overclock well in this board.
