Inactive New network listed (xander) not a user

Suddenly I have a network listed on my desktop called XANDER. (See jpeg) It is not listed in users on C: I was recently duped in an email scheme at a dating site. when money was requested I caught on and marked it as spam. Not sure when xander showed up but there may be a correlation.
