New PC - advice needed

Thanks for all the help, everyone.
I ordered all the parts already for the build but they didn't arrive yet.
Some of the parts were ordered because the price was better, and some because a store didn't have them so I ordered a different part from another store(Corsair XMS3 instead of G.Skill Ripjaws).
I ordered the boxed CPU because the tray version was ordered from a different site which didn't have it and they could only get it for a much higher price. On the other site it's price was:
Tray price > Box price - HSF.
Here is the final list:

CPU - Intel Core i5-2400 BOX
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-H67MA-UD2H
RAM - Corsair XMS3 4GB(2x2) DDR3-1600 CL9 CMX4GX3M2A1600C9
PSU - Antec EarthWatts EA-380D Green 380W 80+ Bronze
HDD - Western Digital Cavair Blue WD5000AAKX SATA 6.0Gb/s
Case - YeongYang YY-5906BK Black Midi Tower 2x120mm Coolers
DVD - LG GSA-GH24NSxx 24x DVD Burner
OS - Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit English OEM

I received the CPU, RAM, HDD, Case, and the wrong Motherboard (D2H instead of UD2H) which will be replaced on Sunday.

Update:
My RAM is this model: CMX4GX3M2A1600C9 which is rated 1.65v, but it has the heatspreader of this model: CMX4GX3M2B1600C9 which is also rated 1.65v, but listed as 1.5v and it isn't listed on the corsair website! I'm confused...
This is what is written on my RAM:
CMX4GX3M2A1600C9
1600Mhz 4GB (2X2GB) 9-9-9-24 1.65V ver2.3
The second line is just like in the picture on newegg for the other model (CMX4GX3M2B1600C9) but that model isn't on corsair's website!

Thanks again!!

P.S.: TMS has free UPS shipping!!

The F3s are meant to be a bit faster and don't seem to be much different in price (think they might just be a direct replacement). Myself and quite a lot of my friends swear by the Spinpoint range for mass storage. Prefer them to Hitachi, Seagate and WD disks. Nice reliable and quiet disks.

In Israel, the SpinPoint F3 500GB costs somewhat more than the SpinPoint F1 500GB and also more than the WD 500GB's price, but the F1 1TB costs more than F3 1TB and the F3 1TB's price is close to the F3 500GB's price; that's why I got the WD drive.

The prices never seem to make sense in Israel....

The F3 1TB and 500GB are supposed to be around the same price. The F1 is probably more expensive because of low demand\supply.
