New PC keeps crashing

  1. I just recently bought this new pc. specs are:
    Inter(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU 540 @ 3.07GHz
    RAM: 4GB
    64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium,
    video card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 320 1GB dedicated memory


    the thing keeps on freezing stripes come out, audio screws up, then the monitor closes. black out

    HELP PLEASE

    Where did you buy this system from? What make is it, i.e. Dell, HP, etc.?

    It sounds like a defective video card but at this point that is only a guess?

    it's an HP, i bought it from PC world just last week

    In cases like this our first advice is take it back and have them fix it. There is no way you as a customer of a brand new system should have to deal with these issues.

    There is a very good chance you might have multiple problems. So, again, take it back and have them fix it.
