New system settings questions?

I just finished building my first system. It is for my 14 year old daughter. It went smooth so far as I can tell. I just wanted to make sure my settings were good before I let her get started on her journey of running it down. 1- is the cpu fan suppose to blow in or out? 2- I believe the _____ speed says 200mhz and the cpu or mobo can go to 2000? 3- Any helpful suggestions as to keeping it running well ? I don't really need a graphics card for her just good long term performance. IM, my space, downloadind music, ect. thanks

The cpu fans should always blow air down onto the heatsink.

And for cpu speed, it's usually set by a fsb (front side bus) frequency and then its multiplied by a multiplier in your bios. In your case i expect the multiplier is x10 so that 200fsb x10 = 2000 = 2ghz!!!!
