Newly built computer will not turn on >.>

Hi. Just finished building my first custom computer and it will not turn on. I check to see if the LED on the mobo is on (it is). Apparently when I turn it on, the fan flinches for a split second and the power LED flashes once and thats it.


Specs:
M4A785-M Asus Motherboard
AMD Athlon II Quad Core Processor X4 630
2x Cosair XMS2 DDR2 2GB
GeForce Galaxy 210 1GB DDR2 Video Card
450 Watt ATX PSU

Did you plug in the P4 12V connector to the motherboard? Did you use motherboard standoffs? What PSU are you using? Not one that came with the case?

Check the motherboard power connectors; this happened to me when I'd put the 4-pin connector the wrong way in.
