Nmgoh is compressed

    hi, got a prob with my laptop dont know what i have done to it,wont boot up it just says NMGOH is compressed press ctrl+alt+del to restart ? what do i do ??

    When you first start up the laptop is there a screen with " press F something" options? If so, the restore options should be there. What is the make and model of this laptop?
