Audio Device on High Definiton Audio Bus ???

I even don't know my sound card model can you help me ? ive tryied everest but without drivers i can't see what's the model... before i just installing the SoundMax driv ers from CD and all was Okay but now it's says "my hardware not supporting" PLEASE PLEASE HElP I can't live without sound

most of the times the name of the audio device is on the device it should be on a sticker but do you still have the box or something or maybe its on the cd?
without knowing the name of the card i cant really help you... but theres only 1 thing i can think of... test if other boxes on your computer work maybe the output is broken?
