I found a couple Here. I have no clue what version you have so just try the Version 1.0 + 1.1 fixed Exe's.

here is the one for pacific assult http://lcfixnyourpc.com/patches/Medal of Honor Pacific Assault cd patch.exe

Right well, i've solved my own problem, and unlike many thought i would share it with the crowd, i hunted the net a bit and found someone harping on about the registry holds a value to show whether the version is UK/US etc, so i looked into the reg and found the value someone was talking about and had a go, sorted my problem. Basically if your not running a UK/US version of this game you can't update it with the patch to v1.11 etc, so you need to sort it. Do this by typing Regedit in your Run command on the Start menu, goto:
h_key/local machine > software > eagames > medal of honour allied assault

Change the string that says somet like:
    1.1.12.130

    into:
    1.1.12.200 :grinthumb
