No desktop picture and slow computer.

    I'm not exactly sure what is going on. I rebooted my machine one morning and my desktop picture was gone and my computer noticeably slower. I did a couple of scans and some malaware called Virtumundo popped up. I deleted it and it no longer appears in scans but I am still having the slow computer and desktop issues.
