Ok I play games heavily and I want to start playing them over the net because i just built a new pc but there are no services to offer me high speed internet? What do I do???

Some will play over dialup. You can also get satellite, but its fairly expensive compared to other high speed services.

sell your new pc get a laptop
try looking around for a WIFI zone
get yourself WIFI modem and play away
