Hi, I installed a USB mojnitor on my Toshiba Satellite M45-S331. The built in monitor stopped working.
When I re-boot the flash page comes up then goes blank. Pushing the <est>, <f2> or <F10> during boot has no effect except to stop the boot - probably because the bios display editor is trying to write to the screen and can't
The machine works fine with the USB monitor and an older Samsung driven off the external monitor port.
The display screen shows 3 monitors - as expected - but the identify requrst displays only monitor "1" and "3" - apparently because monitor 2 is blank.
Troubleshoot shows the monitor working correctly.
