  1. My monitor stopped displaying anything. I didn't instal any new hardware or take anything out. Just one day it stopped. Is this probably because of the video card? I just want to know before I go out and buy a new video/grafix card. What other solutions could it be?

do u have an other monitor as it could be that or it could be the cable that runs from the monitor to the computer.

    Yes,
before you go and get another card, swap out the monitor first

Oh, yeah. Forgot to mention that its not the monitor. I tried another one, same deal. Plus as soon as I disconnect the monitor I get the 'nothing connected' display so the monitor does work. I get an audio error message when I turn on the harddrive. Says 'System failed VVA test.' That's why I thought its either the ports or the actual card. Its just a little hard to believe that something burned out within my computer without anything as far as I know happening externally.

    Ok bootiesama,
try another video card. You don't have to spend a lot of money either
