I am having the same issue, , no POST screen and no beeps. I have tried removing ram - a new power supply, no other cards plugged into the mobo, fans spin up and case lights are on.
What I cant do is test the CPU on another mobo.
Is it possible to get a POST screen without no CPU installed?
I have removed everything and test the mobo but I havent tried the above question.
If I had a bad CPU would I still get a POST screen?
I have had mobos where some of the capacitors have bulged out and this was the issue, but not n this case.
I have bought off ebay 2 cheap items,
PC ATX SATA PSU HDD Power Supply Diagnostic Tool Tester
and a
PC Motherboard Repair Diagnostic fix PCI Card Tool kit
Do a search for those on Ebay and see what pops up for yourself.
I hope these will help narrow down some issues with PC's.
