No power switch front panel connectors?

I'm using: Cooler Master N200 MicroATX Mid Tower Case

Front panel connectors have:
H.D.D LED
Power led +
Power led -
Reset switch

I dont have a power switch connector?

Are you saying the case doesn't have a cable/connector from the front panel "On" button. If it has a power button on the front of the case, try tracing the cable from the button end. If you don't have one or simply can't find it, you can always use the reset switch button and cable to hook up to the motherboard power pinouts. The reset button works the same way as the On button and can be used instead. Of course, that means you won't have a reset function but at least you can turn the PC on. If the lack of a power cable/connector bothers you enough, you could return the case to exchange for a good one or even a different one.

If you are saying the motherboard doesn't have pinouts for your power switch, that's a different story but seems unlikely.
