no remove option with some files in the Add/Remove Tools

hi,
In the Add/Remove Tools , i have some unknown filenames that have no "remove" button or size etc. mentioned.
I don't know how these files have come and whether they are harmful or not.

I am attaching my hijackthis log file and my ccleaner uninstall list.

I can`t see anything untoward in your HJT log. Not too sure about some of the entries in your Ccleaner log, but nothing obviously malicious jumps out at me.

It wouldn`t hurt to do the scans as outlined in this thread though.

Are you having any particular issues?

i just wanted to know y i am having strange filenames in my Add/ Remove tools.
And these files or applications do not have a "remove" option with them like DocProc , esupportQfolder , scan, scanner copy, CP_Package_Variety1 , BufferChm.....etc etc....
