    Hello All

Remove all power to the PC (ie Power Cord out)
Hold in the ON button for 30secs (dispersing all internal voltage)
Put the Power cord back in
    Turn on

    If it didn't work
    Remove the Power cord again
    Disperse the Voltage again
If you have an addon Video card, detach it fully (unscrew, then pull it out)
Disperse the Voltage again (just in case!)
Then put the Video card back in, securely
    Re-connect the display
    Turn on

    Reply back :)
