  1. hi guys, i have a foxconn 45cmx series with an ati radeon hd4650 graphics card. Its been working well but just this morning i switched it on and it came on alright but after loading windows, this message came up "no signal". i took the graphics card out and wiped it clean and reseated it perfectly and it still wasnt working. So i switched to the on board and same message came up. I tried the monitor on my laptop and it worked but i dont know why it doesnt work on my pc. Need help asap. Thanks in advance!!!!

    Several possibilities come to mind...
You have proven the monitor is good, therefore, the problem is with the desktop / pc.
    Please provide full system specs...

You say that windows starts and then the signal disappears.
What happens if you boot "safe mode"?

    Are you overclocking?
Please check bios and make sure that all settings are to manfacturer specs, including your memory settings.
    Does the problem resolve?

What happens with the on-board graphics when the graphics card is out of the system?
