No Sound and Need Help please

  1. xXxWhiteboy Newcomer, in training

    Something happened to my computer and i dont have any sound at all now. I downloaded the SoundMax Driver and it went to the the install screen and it went to 100% then said

    "Driver not found! Reboot your system and run this setup again"

    i have rebooted twice and it still does the same thing, and i dont know what to do :/

    go into sound device manager from control panel and uninstall your sound drivers first, then try to reinstall, this usually works.

    it says there is no audio device. I am also runn ing computer in safe mode because it runs so slooooow in regular mode. could it be because of that?

    ok i uninstalled the SoundMax Intergraded driver and then tried again and same thing happened.

    delete the sound card from device manager and reboot and then try the install
