No sound on Asus P5LD2SE after installing Windows 7

I've got the same problem:
P5LD2SE win7 - no sound.
If I want to attach (probably You'll need) the dxdiag file where to start it? - I am a fresh win7 user, don't know much about (its different than XP).
Help me to get the "Run" in start menu.
