No sound!!

sound can be played previously... it just gone off suddenly... i restarted the computer a few times but the problem is not solved! can anyone help me pls

when i use my microphone... sounds can be heard from my speaker... but when i want to play sounds from clips (example : *.mp3 *.wmv) no sound can be heard from my speaker

i am using C-media Wave Device

The audio drivers may have become corrupted. Try re-installing them.
