No video only Audio

I have recently got an aero 15W-CF1 laptop.

Videos are not playing on any browser or when I download a html 5 video, flash videos seem to work.

This has happend after I updated the realtek drivers via device manager, because my laptop wasn't picking up any earphones plugged into it. I'm unsure if this has caused the problem

I have tried downloading video drivers and no browser could auto detect my graphics card because it was not detecting my java. nvidea experience could also not connect. I do not know if this is connected to the problem. I did manage to download the drivers manually however.

Any help on how to fix this would be amazing, thanks

Windows 10 64bit?

uninstall Chrome and/or Firefox browser

remove nVidia experience software
remove graphics drivers with DDU

confirm no updates pending by checking for updates

reboot, let PnP run
Explorer, does it work now?
Chrome &/or Firefox, ditto

download and install nVidia drivers only
does it work now?

if you want nVidia experience, download & install
does it still work?

Thanks for the help I found the problem Adobe reader was refusing to update, it sort of just fixed it's self. thanks tho
