No video

I just purchased an Asus EAX550GE video card, plug into the motherboard (Asus 5LD2 Deluxe ), and can't get anything on my monitor, can any one help me with this please? thanks in advance.

According to the info the Mobo has TWO PCI-E slots have you tried both of them?

Yes I did, when I plug the monitor to the video card, there is nothing happening, the video card has a fan, which runs when the PC is powered up.
