The company's problem, aside from sticking with Symbian OS for smartphones, is that they haven't brought any fresh concepts into the market place in the last few years. As a consequence, Samsung has been making great strides in catching up to Nokia. The reported hardware failures besetting the N8 and C7 models hasn't helped at all and now this.
