    So <b>this</b> is how Microsoft plans on becoming burying RIM in legal expenses. What I don't get is how Nokia could possibly have wi-fi patents that RIM is infringing upon, unless its some ridiculously vague jargon about "wifi on a phone". Even if RIM <b>was</b> infringing, wouldn't everyone else be, too? Its a real shame that Nokia and RIM didn't merge a few years ago. What a powerhouse that could've been.
