Non stop rebooting at the windows loading screen

  1. for some reason i woke up about 7am this morning to find my pc rebooting itself over and over . it makes it to the windows loading screen the little bar moves about twice then it just starts over . i formatted and began to reinstall windows and it keeps doing the same thing i have no idea what it could be any help or insight would be greatly appreciated :(

    I am going to make an educated guess that you might need to run MemTest because you might have corrupted memory. It sounds like what happened to me with bad RAM.

    Also, have you attempted to boot into safe mode and see if you might be infected?

    yes ive made it to the safemode menu and ive tried every option including last know good settings , safe mode , normally and it only makes it to the windows loading screen then i hear a beep and it reboots i just put memtest on a cd and its running at the moment not too sure how to tell if ive got bad memory or not thanks your any input you might have its appreciated
