Norton will not load

I renewed my subscription with Norton Internet Security and it is taking a really long time for it to finish installing. Its been showing the Norton internet Security Setup window for the past 30 minutes and its not changing. Is there something wrong or does it normally take that long to install?

Too bad you already renewed it. Part of what you pay for is for them to provide support I suggest that you contact them.

Thanks, its finally getting past that window, but now its saying for me to wait until Auto Live Update is done and then it aborts. Can you tell me how to end the program?
