Notebook frozen

  1. My MSI GX630 just froze on me. It would take no input from the keyboard, the touchpad the mouse.. nothing. I had to remove the battery to restart it. this is not he first time it's happened. I was running just firefox and messenger and left the it for a while and came back to find it frozen like that. Any help plz?

    It may be overheating... If you can disassemble a laptop yourself, you could check to see if the fan(s) and cooling fins were clean and free from dust and debris. If you can't do this yourself, you will have to take it to someone who can

    it does get pretty hot. according to coretemp its around 75 degrees now. its usualli lower but it reli gets hot due to the 9600m GT graphics card it uses. it doesnt have an onboard card so it constantly uses the has gone over 100 degrees tho, according to my checks..

    o and its new so im nt thinkin sumthin's blocking the fan, plus i can slightly feel it spinning sometimes. i wont open it myself. thanks for the help.
