    YES

    I believe so. I am currently using McAfee Total Protection with automatically updated software.

    What are you doing when the computer shuts down? Playing games? Browsing or nothing special?
    It could be a corrupt or failing hard drive

    It randomly happens. There is almost always an internet browser window open though.
