NTLDR Missing, cannot boot WinXP

I am extremely new to this and I have little computer experience.

Today when I booted my computer up the screen showed "NTLDR Missing. Ctrl+Alt+Delete to reboot"
I do not know how this happened, as it was perfectly fine yesterday.

I read many forums, and most of them require me to go into my BIOS, and did not have specific instructions in how to do so, and with my lack in computer skills, I definitely did not want to do anything to the BIOS unless I am 100% sure.

And the last thing that frustrates me most is that I can't boot WinXP! It just gets stuck on the "NTLDR Missing..."

My Bios is Award Medallion V.6.0

This is what appears on my screen:

Award Medallion BIOS v6.0

Thank you for reading and help! :)

There can be several reasons for this error.

Question: Do you have the recovery disks that should have come with this system?
