several others with no specific name

almost every program gets an error soon after opening and crashes. I attemped the 8 steps of malware removal or w/e its called but superantispyware fails and says cannot do direct disk scan

computer gets slower and slower. I think its my hard drive but i'm no expert and thats why i'm here

Zone Alarm fault

Here's the best option
Uninstall ZoneAlarm an Avira Antivirus
Re-install Avira (from downloading the most up to date version from the web)
Update Avira and run a full scan

Consider re-installing ZoneAlarm (again downloaded from web) or not installing it
