I just built my new computer, the specs are below, and every time I install the video drivers for my 450 GTS all I get after the windows loading screen is a black screen, but I know that my computer still loads up cause I can here it log in, and then recognize my external hd. Any idea as to what is causing it? Oh and I then have to go back into safe mode and disable or uninstall the drivers so that I can boot back up.

The graphics card has an additional power plug, which I have plugged into my Power Supply, as well as the monitor is plugged into the 1 monitor on the graphics card
    I have tried nvidia drivers 196.10, 185.62, and 167.59
